Graded Product -

These are graded products. To see the grade of your product check the model number and the grade is displayed after the # symbol.

Grade A: Slight box damage. Product is as new and complete, with no visible signs of use.
Grade B: Box damage is severe enough to warrant product test to have been carried out by Our Engineering Dept. Product is complete and tested, with no visible flaws.
Grade C: Product has been powered up and shows evidence of demonstration usage. Product is complete, with no obvious cosmetic damage.
Grade D: Product shows signs of use. Possible cosmetic marking which in no way affects function. Possible severe box damage or not in original box. May be missing non-essential items as specified
Grade E: Product shows signs of significant use and may have been cosmetically damaged, e.g. cracked casing. The damage will not inhibit use. Specified items may be missing.
Grade F: Product works. Specified items may be missing
